FHIR Resource Checker

JSON syntax, a resource object and resourceType, plus selected structural rules for Patient, Observation, Bundle, and OperationOutcome. Checks include selected property types, Observation status and code, Bundle type, and OperationOutcome issue severity and code. The result lists the check groups that ran across the document. Select a finding to view its nearest containing resource. A missing or non-object resource stays within its enclosing Bundle or the complete document. The navigator also lists contained and other nested resources that the checker does not visit; their scope is labeled explicitly.

Copy report and Download report export the complete findings report. The separate Copy complete JSON and Download complete JSON controls preserve every entry and original numeric token.

This tool does not validate every element, terminology bindings, FHIRPath invariants, custom profiles, extensions, slicing, reference targets, or implementation-guide conformance. Supported resource types in Bundle entries receive the same limited checks; contained resources and other resource types are not checked. Other resource types are reported as unsupported. A resource with no detected issues can still be invalid.

The original URL is preserved. The previous tool could report no issues after running only a few incomplete rules. This replacement corrects those rules and makes its limited scope explicit. Custom profile uploads and editable resource-type lists have been removed because they did not provide reliable profile validation.
